After buying some plants from them via eBay, I then bought some more direct from their website. All plants have arrived quickly, Seem very healthy and are well packaged. I will definitely be back next year

Although one is suppose to order plants online when I telephoned to say I was not able to do this the staff were wonderfully helpful and took my order and payment over the phone. The plants that arrived were in great condition and beautifully packed and I am very happy to recommend this company to all gardeners wanting to receive healthy plants by post.

Ordered three items Sprout Icarus, Swede Invitation and Chard White Silver.When I received the order two of the items were correct (Sprouts and Swede)but I was sent six multi seedling blocks of Chard Fordhook Giant.(so root bound as to be useless) When I emailed them about this I received a reply saying they did not grow Fordhook Giant and could I send a photo - which I did. After waiting for a reply I(which never arrived)I chased it up twice more with no success. All I can say that customer service is non existent, and considering proof of the wrong item was sent to them I can only assume they are in denial. I presume that the owners know about the way complaints are dealt with, but if they are not this is an advice to them - courtesy is free. My advice to any potential customers is do not buy from this company.

I don't normally go out of my way to post reviews (I know I should, but life gets in the way) but for these guys I felt compelled to after an ebay purchase of 3 tomato plants. My experience of purchasing plants over the internet has invariably been of receipt of an unpotted, rapidly dehydrating plant wrapped in bubble wrap and posted in an envelope. These little plants arrived in pots, in perfectly fitted packaging that held them in place, well watered with strips of wettened paper to keep them hydrated for the journey. I didnt even know that was a 'thing' but it appeared to serve the plants well, and they are looking very happy in their new home. Such simple little touches that make all the difference to a delivery. Thank you so very much for 'doing things well' :-)
